This is my dear Shirotan's blog entry for '07's new year
its quite some time now but i think what he wrote was cute!

Thank You For Everything up to Now
It'll soon be 2007.
Everyone, what sort of year was 2006 for you?
I'm sure each of you had your own difficulties.
For me too it was a rather difficult year.
I think I was done in emotionally for the most part.(laugh)
'Oooh, I don't know what to do', 'Why am I always suffering?'

There were times each day when I had such thoughts.
But I think adversity and obstacles are definitely solved in the end.

I don't think I can do that by myself,
I need to borrow someone else's strength to do it.
In that regard I am blessed, because I have friends,
and we help each other, and I have my manager, and my family.
And I have all of my fans. When I come across something difficult in my work,
I honestly think 'I will continue to do my best not just for myself,
but for the sake of everyone supporting me as well.'
I'm really grateful to everyone.
So I want to help my friends, my family, and of course, my fans.
Although, I cannot speak directly with each of my fans, one-on-one ...

I think I may be contradicting myself, but what I think is:
'To those supporting me, I want them to keep their smiles for even just one second,
to be happy, to have the unpleasant things fade away, for them to have strength:
through T.V., the stage, events, magazines, my blog, I want to express that.'

I'm bad at explanations, and I can't say what I want to say very well,
but I'd be honoured if you understand the nuance I'm getting at. (laugh)
Well, to the point!
